Vanessa Steib

Vanessa is an accomplished senior operations leader with over 20 years of cross-functional experience spanning engineering, technology, project management, education, and entrepreneurship. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Garcilaso de la Vega in Lima, Peru, where she launched her technology career specializing in custom hardware provisioning and software deployment. Later, as a Senior Corporate and Operations Leader at Pluz Energía Perú (formerly Edelnor)—Peru’s most prominent electric utility—she successfully spearheaded high-stakes projects for major global brands and government entities, including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Alicorp, and Peru’s Department of Energy. Vanessa combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive operational excellence and impactful corporate solutions.

After relocating to Florida, Vanessa successfully re-credentialed her Industrial Engineering degree and established a thriving tutoring enterprise. Driven by community impact, her company secured a competitive Florida Department of Education Tutoring Grant, allowing her to provide fully funded private academic support to low-income families. Through this initiative, she directed free tutoring services for up to 250 children across several Title 1 Public Schools in Lee County.

At AquaLuxe, Vanessa channels that same masterful organization, analytical problem-solving, and genuine care into every outdoor living project. Fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational proficiency in Italian, she ensures that communication remains completely seamless. Whether managing a new pool construction complete with custom spas, dramatic waterfalls, and ambient lighting, or overseeing a comprehensive outdoor deck and patio remodel, Vanessa coordinates every detail. From the initial consultation to the final splash, she makes the transformation journey transparent, clear, and thoroughly enjoyable.

Ernie Gonnelly

Ernie brings nearly three decades of experience in real estate, finance, new construction, and residential development throughout Southwest Florida. As a longtime broker and top-producing real estate professional, he has guided hundreds of millions of dollars in residential and new-construction transactions while working closely with builders, contractors, and homeowners.

That background gives Ernie a practical understanding of construction, project management, property values, and the expectations homeowners bring to a major renovation. At AquaLuxe, he focuses on clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and accountability from beginning to end. A Southwest Florida business owner for decades, Ernie has built his career on responsiveness, relationships, and doing what he says he will do!
