Vanessa Steib

Vanessa brings more than 20 years of experience across engineering, technology, project management, education, and entrepreneurship. An Industrial Engineering graduate of the University of Garcilaso de la Vega in Lima, Peru, she began her career in technology and later led projects for organizations including Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, and Peru’s Department of Energy.

After moving to Southwest Florida, Vanessa earned her mathematics teaching certification and founded a tutoring company that secured a Florida Department of Education grant, providing free services to as many as 250 children from low-income families in Lee County. At AquaLuxe, she brings that same organization, problem-solving, and genuine care to every project. Fluent in English and Spanish, with conversational Italian, Vanessa helps make each renovation clear, coordinated, and enjoyable from the first conversation through the finished pool.

PARTNER (CONSTRUCTION & CLIENT STRATEGY)

Ernie Gonnelly

Ernie brings nearly three decades of experience in real estate, finance, new construction, and residential development throughout Southwest Florida. As a longtime broker and top-producing real estate professional, he has guided hundreds of millions of dollars in residential and new-construction transactions while working closely with builders, contractors, and homeowners.

That background gives Ernie a practical understanding of construction, project management, property values, and the expectations homeowners bring to a major renovation. At AquaLuxe, he focuses on clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and accountability from beginning to end. A Southwest Florida business owner for decades, Ernie has built his career on responsiveness, relationships, and doing what he says he will do!
